Tottenham attacker Dejan Kulusevski says he appreciates playing for manager Antonio Conte.
Kulusevski was this week named Sweden's Player of the Year.
He told Aftonbladet of his manager: "I get along very well. He is very strict, has strict rules and is really a tough guy. But at the same time inside he is kind, he is one who really cares about the person behind the player.
"On the training camps, everyone is taken care of, including young people. There are other technicians who don't even train the team, let the assistants take care of it.
"Instead he is there, with everyone and every day. If it took 5-6 hours of field work, he would be ready to do it. I admire him, he is willing to suffer in order to obtain results."
