Zoran Tosic has mixed feelings about CSKA Moscow's move for former Manchester United teammate Jesse Lingard.

Agents have offered the free agent to CSKA in recent days.

Tosic told Sport-Express: "Lingard has a great career, he is a high level player.

"CSKA always bought young players, developed them and then sold them further, that was the policy. Now I do not know. Naturally, he would help the team, but whether it is beneficial for the club or not, I don't know, given that the team does not play in European competition.

"This is more a question for the leadership."

Lingard is a free agent after coming off contract at Nottingham Forest.
