Southampton defender Tino Livramento has showcased a picture of himself back in training.
The youngster has not played for nearly a year, since he suffered an ACL injury.
Now Livramento is back on the training pitch with his teammates, with a view to helping the club avoid relegation.
The 20-year-old is still some weeks away from being ready for regular game time.
However, his return with 10 games of the season remaining is a huge boost for boss Ruben Selles.
Livramento was one of the club's most impressive players before he went down.
