There's confidence inside Thiago Alcantara's camp that Liverpool and Bayern Munich will reach agreement over a fee for him.

The Spain midfielder is leaving Bayern at the end of this season and has been in touch with Liverpool.

BILD says the Reds are willing to pay €25m to take Thiago to England, though Bayern are holding out for €35m.

Despite the difference, Thiago is confident a compromise will be found.

The former Barcelona midfielder has already informed his Bayern teammates of his plans and also sent a message to local referees, stating they were "the best referees in the world" in preparation for his departure.
