Chelsea are willing to sell Kai Havertz to Arsenal this summer.

However, they are insisting Havertz will only move across London for £70m, says the London Evening Standard.

The Gunners deem the valuation too steep, but are happy to meet Havertz's £250,000-a-week contract demands.

Talks between the two clubs are now underway with all parties keen to do business.

Chelsea are in a race to make major sales this month, so they can be included in their financial accounts for 2022-23. The Blues need to raise cash to ease Financial Fair Play concerns for the year.
