Swansea City are set to sign Portuguese striker Eder.

It is believed that the Swans will win the race for the Sporting Braga star who is also on the radar of Southampton and Bournemouth.

Sky Sports suggests that Swansea will pay £5million for the 27-year old after agreeing a fee with Braga.

Eder netted 10 goals in the Primeira Liga last season and Garry Monk is hoping he will fill the void left by the January exit of Wilfried Bony to Manchester City.
