Swansea City boss Garry Monk says they'll insist on premium price for Wilfried Bony.

Manchester City are in talks for the Ivory Coast striker.

"Obviously there are talks between the two clubs and at this moment in time it is ongoing," he said. "As far as I am concerned, it is what it is right now.

"It is obviously out there for everyone to see. Unless agreement is made and the club are happy with everything, I guess it will stay ongoing.

"I don't know the actual inner details between the two. That is what you leave to the chairman and the club.

"Obviously they have talked about fees but, whether they are close or far apart is unclear at the moment. I don't know whether the valuation has been met that Swansea want.

"It is important that, whatever player we sell, it reaches the valuation Swansea hold and I think that will be the case in this instance."
