Chelsea youngster Nathaniel Chalobah is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
The England U21 star has become disillusioned with the Blues as Antonio Conte closes in on Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, further pushing the 22-year old down the pecking order.
The Sun reports that both Swansea and Watford are keen to take Chalobah on permanently and could so if they cough up £5m.
Watford have been tracking Chalobah for sometime, however, Swansea are now on the lookout for a midfielder after Jack Cork left for Burnley and they could use the money from the transfer to finance a move for the disgruntled Blue.
