Sunderland goalkeeper Vito Mannone is happy to wait for new contract talks.
Mannone is about to enter the final 12 months of his Sunderland contract after only penning a two-year deal when he arrived in a £2million deal from Arsenal.
Sunderland boss Gus Poyet told the Sunderland Echo: "I think Vito knows that we've got eight who are out of contract and loan players, so he'll have to wait until September.
"That's natural."
