Sunderland eyeing Ipswich defender Adam Webster

Ipswich Town defender Adam Webster is attracting Premier League interest.

The Sun says Sunderland boss David Moyes is eyeing a January move for Webster in case Lamine Kone goes to West Ham.

Webster has impressed for the Tractor Boys since his summer move from Portsmouth and Sunderland have held an interest in the giant centre-half since his days at Pompey.

Moyes will dip in to the market in January Sunderland assistant manager Paul Bracewell watched Webster in action on Tuesday night against Birmingham City.
