VfB Stuttgart chief Fabian Wohlgemuth admits they could lose Deniz Undav.

The Brighton striker is on-loan at VfB to the end of the season with a €12m permanent option.

But Wohlgemuth told Sky Deutschland: "There are several parties sitting at the table and we don't have the greatest weight at this table.

"Deniz has a contract with Brighton and the club in England will also play a leading role in deciding what happens next in the situation. But Deniz suits us, above all his temperament, and the issues outside the pitch are also very, very important to him.

"And so: Of course we are working on it, but it will take a month or two before it is even possible to get things done in this context."
