Stoke City midfielder Giannelli Imbula is pleased with his move to Toulouse.

Imbula joined Toulouse last week on a season-long loan.

The Frenchman stated: "I had other proposals but I made the choice of TFC. The fact that the club is family, that the locker room is young, lives well are criteria that have counted.

"I was very well received by the squad. I have not played a match for a month. I'm not 100% but I'm ready to start. I think we have the quality to reach a place in the Top 10 of this Ligue 1."
