Brighton midfielder Dale Stephens says the club's recent warm weather break can boost their survival chances.
After an impressive start to the season, Chris Hughton's side have gone without a win in 2019 and are three points above the drop zone.
He said: "It's a good chance for everyone to get away and be together in the break we've got between games.
"I'm sure it will be sort of a mini pre-season."
"We've always done it and we have had nothing but success.
"It's a good time to get away.
"It's a bit of a down week although it's hard work.
"You're not really focusing on a game on Saturday so it gives you a chance to get some good work in together."
