An agent linked with Roman Pavlyuchenko says the striker has been unsettled due to the change of manager at Tottenham.

"(Andrey) Arshavin's situation is very different from that of Pavlyuchenko," said Viktor Kolar. "In England, Arshavin has to play the same kind of game he was used to in Russia - fast and technical, one-touch football.

"He also doesn't have to adjust to a new manager. Changing of a manager in the middle of a season is always a stress for players."
