The Scotland international has been outstanding for the Bluebirds this season.
The Mail on Sunday says Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is being lined up by Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
Should Lloris leave then Spurs are likely to replace him with Marshall.
