Club America defender Sebastian Caceres is attracting interest from the Premier League.

Tottenham, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are all interested in the 24 year-old Uruguay international.

Club America rated Caceres at €5m.

The defender is wanted by Tottenham as cover for Micky van de Ven, reports the Telegraph's Mike McGrath: "Uruguay centre-back Sebastián Cáceres on radar of Europe's top clubs after wins v Argentina + others.

"Premier League clubs looking at position (Spurs, Newcastle, Villa) aware of his contract s situation at Club América in Mexico - one year left."
