Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino was in Holland on Friday.
The Sunday Mirror says Pochettino jetted to Holland on Friday night to watch in action in PSV Eindhoven's 4-2 victory over AZ Alkmaar.
His prime target was PSV wing wizard Memphis Depay.
He will cost Spurs £20 million but has told his agent he is open to offers from a 'top six' Premier League club.
