Southampton striker Rickie Lambert checked into a Liverpool hospital at 9am this morning.
The England international, 32, is undergoing a medical ahead of his move to Anfield.
Liverpool agreed a fee with Southampton earlier this week and the England international is understood to have already agreed personal terms to make the move to Liverpool.
