Southampton striker Charlie Austin says Martin Caceres has quickly won over his new teammates.

Austin was speaking before the EFL Cup final.

"I've seen him train a couple of times. He loves a 40-yard diagonal," said Austin on Sky Sports.

"He's going to be a great addition for us. He's got great experience and I hope he can bring a lot to the team. The lads say he's been great so far. As I say we've got a great team spirit and he's been warmly welcomed."
