Southampton fullback Kyle Walker-Peters says new coach Ruben Selles has made a big impact since his appointment.
The former Copenhagen assistant manager arrived as Ralph Hasenhuttl's number two, following the departure of three first-team coaches.
“He's really good. From day one, he had me doing goalline clearances," Walker-Peters told the Daily Echo.
"I'm talking day one of pre-season, the first time I've met him. That's the type of character he is, he's really focussed on the defensive side of our game.
"He's really vocal, gives a lot of encouragement and is talking 24/7 – which is what I like.
“He's really passionate about what he is doing and has improved us massively."
