Southampton fullback Romain Perraud admits their lack of goals is tough to take.

Defeat at home to Brentford has Saints rock bottom of the Premier League table.

Perraud said, "We are disappointed tonight. It is tough but we have to stay positive. When you play to stay in the Premier League your mindset has to be as good as possible.

"Just keep going, we have to believe in our chances to stay in the Premier League. That's it.

"This game is very difficult to analyse because they score on set-pieces. And after we controlled the game but we weren't offensive. It was not enough. At the end, we are all disappointed.

"We have to find a solution because at the moment we are not able to score a goal. It's hard, but we keep going. We will keep fighting for this club and the fans. We will never give up.

"I am confident. We will have another face against Spurs."
