Southampton may get Romain Perraud back in the team for this weekend's clash with Manchester United.

The 24-year-old left-back has only appeared once this season after battling a foot fracture at the end of last campaign

When asked on the situation with Perraud, manager Ralph Hasenhuttl said: "He's back in training which is good to see, because he was out with groin problems and today it looked good.

"He was not ready for the cup game (at Cambridge United) so we tried to give him a good session on Tuesday, with some other players that stayed home.

"He trained today, trained good and now we will see for the weekend if he's ready for this."
