South Melbourne legend Anastasiadis reflects on a proud club

Former South Melbourne FC striker John Anastasiadis has fond memories of playing for the proud club.

Following the announcement that football's world governing body FIFA had named South Melbourne as Oceania's Team of the Century, tribalfootball.com caught up with Anastasiadis to discuss his time with South which included two National Soccer League premierships, competing in the 2000 FIFA World Club Championships against Manchester United, Vasco da Gama and Necaxa in Brazil and he also told us what it means for a club like South to win such a prestigious award.
