Siena sporting director Giorgio Perinetti accepts young striker Mattia Destro is destined for a bigger stage.

Juventus and AS Roma have been linked with the 20 year-old.

"He is a player who is being tracked by a lot of teams," Perinetti told Sky Sport Italia. "He has to improve, but he has some extraordinary technical qualities.

"If he continues to grow and becomes more consistent then he could become a player with one of the top clubs."
