Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte's future at the club is in serious jeopardy.
While the Premier League giants have not pulled the plug on his tenure as yet, there is that possibility.
Conte is seen as unlikely to survive this international break, given the comments he made about the club and his players after a 3-3 draw with Southampton.
Speaking on the matter, ex-coach Tim Sherwood told talkSPORT: "No one forced Antonio Conte to go there.
"He's talking about the last 20 years that they've not won anything under this ownership and he was saying 'why?' - then why did he go there?
"If he knew what the outcome was, why did he actually go there and waste two years of his footballing career? Did he think he had a magic wand to go and wave it around and all of a sudden win trophies?
"Daniel Levy's not picking the team away at Sheffield United when he's leaving out Harry Kane. That is an important thing. They're losing games against teams at the bottom end of the table."
