Sheffield Wednesday have rejected a bid from Blackpool for Marcus Tudgay.
The Daily Mail says Blackpool have failed with a £500,000 bid for Sheffield Wednesday striker Tudgay.
Desperate Seasiders boss Ian Holloway tried to land Tudgay after failing in his attempts to sign Jon Stead, DJ Campbell and Rob Hulse.
But the Owls have rejected his bid with boss Alan Irvine insisting he will not let players go on the cheap despite Wednesday's money troubles.
