Shea Lacey has signed a new deal with Manchester United.
The 16 year-old has agreed a scholarship contract with a commitment to sign pro terms when he turns 17 in April.
The Manchester Evening News says United fought off interest from England and Europe to keep hold of the tricky winger.
The youngster is recognised as a potential first teamer at United.
Lacey has held talks with manager Erik ten Hag, where the Dutchman outlined his expectations.
