Sevilla midfielder Alejandro Gomez admits their winless run has hit the players.
Gomez was speaking ahead of their Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
Last week's game in Seville saw coach Julen Lopetegui sacked and replaced by Jorge Sampaoli.
Gomez said: "Not winning is like a heavy backpack, which leads you to play negatively, without confidence and with fear.
"We did well in the last game, however, there are things to correct and that will take time. We need to be patient, but the results will come and we will start to win."
