Sevilla coach Sampaoli happy with Copa win at Juventud Torremolinos; discusses Isco exit

Sevilla coach Jorge Sampaoli was happy after their 3-0 Copa del Rey win at Juventud Torremolinos last night.

Carlos Alvarez, Dani Gutierrez and Joan Jordan struck the goals for the visitors.

Sampaoli said, "The important thing is to have gone through the dimensions here, the wind on a difficult pitch ... the team I think had the solidity to win the game in peace.

"For now you will have to play in that position because they are the players we have. If others come, we will see, but for the moment you will have to play there.

“I see the team that it has prepared itself with what it has and that it has prepared well. We are ready to try to do it and the team competes as well as possible."

Asked about Isco's release yesterday, the Argentine added: "A player is leaving who has significant capacity, he did not show up here and I hope he is lucky. For me he is a great boy and surely a worker."
