Sevilla coach Jose Luis Mendilbar says they're excited to face Manchester City in the UEFA Super Cup.

Mendilibar led Sevilla to the Europa League title last season.

He said: "Manchester City has proven to be the best team in Europe because of how they have won, because of what they have done in their country...

"It will be exciting and it will be good to compete with them, play against them and have the option of bringing another title for Seville."

Mendilibar also said: "I think the players like what we do on a day-to-day basis, they are committed to each session and I think we are all fine, we are enjoying the preseason. These 10 days will be to get a bit of the idea of everything to be able to endure a season with few training sessions, because then you will play every three days."
