Sevilla sports chief Victor Orta has paid tribute one of their long time scouts this week.

At the presentation of new signings Mariano Diaz and Boubakary Soumare, Orta read out a scouting report from six years ago on the latter.

Orta revealed the report was done by Sevilla scout Ramon Lopez, who predicted big things for Soumare.

The Sevilla sports chief was keen to highlight all the work done behind the scenes by scouting staff to build the club and their various teams.

Soumare has arrived on-loan from Leicester City, while Diaz joins from Real Madrid.
