Seattle Sounders are reportedly in the market to sign two international players – with one coming from Europe and one coming from South America.
The Sounders sit sixth in the MLS' Western Conference, and have lost seven of their last eight games in all competitions.
Paul Silvi, the sports presenter for Seattle based news program King 5, announced on Tuesday that the Sounders were close to signing two international players.
"The Sounders will sign two international players this week - one from South America, another from Europe," Silvi said.
"Look for the Sounders to have a deal in place for both players by the close of the transfer window Thursday."
