Schalke have moved for Inter Milan pair Davide Santon and Goran Pandev.
Corriere dello Sport says Schalke have made contact with Inter about the availability of Pandev and Santon.
Defender Santon spent last season on-loan at Cesena and has been linked with Newcastle United.
Inter attacking midfielder Pandev, meanwhile, has attracted enquiries from Chelsea in recent days.
