Sassuolo striker Giacomo Raspadori is happy with his progress over the past year.
Raspadori is preparing with Italy to face Germany in the Nations League.
He said, “You come to this period with more responsibility than a year ago. The fact that you have to play, for a young person, I think it's fundamental.
“At least you have the chance to make mistakes, gain experience, live the negative moments in the right way. The real growth is living it in the right way in the negative moment. Surely that makes a difference."
He added: "By nature I feel like a primary forward, I grew up in that role. I feel more comfortable there. With Dionisi I found this different position, behind Scamacca and Defrel, I think I can do that well, because for characteristics I think I can do it well, as well as playing out wide."
