Davide Santon admits Newcastle United are buzzing after recent results.
The Toon have won three games on the bounce.
Santon told the Evening Chronicle: "Last season we had a bad season - we have to forget about that.
"We were not competitive enough or strong enough.
"This season we had a good pre-season - a different pre-season - and we look stronger on the pitch.
"Everybody helps each other. We are happy with that.
"We just want to keep going every game and giving 100%. I think that's the most important thing."
