Salah and Mane pay tribute to departing Liverpool ace Firmino

Liverpool heroes Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane have paid tribute to Roberto Firmino.

Firmino will leave the Reds when his contract expires at the end of the month.

Salah told the Liverpool website: "I think it is his ability to sacrifice himself for the team. He plays exclusively for the team. He doesn't really care about scoring that much. He just wants to enjoy it and play football.

"I think he is one of those who is loved the most in the club. Everyone likes him. He is really calm and always smiling."

Mane, who now plays for Bayern Munich, also paid tribute.

"I really think we did some incredible things together. I am so grateful. I think Bobby (Roberto Firmino) is a special player. As a person, I think he is the most positive person I know.

"I myself have learned a lot from him. Sometimes when I haven't played and have sat on the bench, he knows me. He tells me to stay calm. This kind of person is not easy to find. Both on and off the pitch I learned a lot from him."
