Danny Rose did not train for Tottenham ahead of their UEFA Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund.

The London side are facing off against the German giants in the last 16 of the competition.

Rose came off against Leicester with a shin problem, which is set to keep him out of this midweek game.

Boss Mauricio Pochettino said to reporters: "It's impossible for him [Rose] to start from the beginning, we need to assess in the morning whether he will be on the bench."

Other players who are missing include Harry Kane and Dele Alli, who are both recovering from long term injuries.
