Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo has hit out at claims of a long-term injury setback.
Zaniolo was forced off during the victory over Cremonese due to a shoulder injury, which was later diagnosed as being dislocated, though with no fracture.
He posted to social media: “For all the doomsayers who hoped it was something serious… we'll see each other in three weeks' time."
Sky Italia says Zaniolo is expected to miss 3-4 weeks.
Roma defeated Cremonese 1-0 courtesy of Chris Smalling header.
