Roma chief Bruno Conti insists coach Luciano Spalletti will be staying next season.

He said: "He already knows that he's remaining at Roma. He has a contract until 2011, knows that Roma is happy with him and I am sure that he will remain in Rome.

"This is my conviction to the relationship we have . He says he wants to speak at the end of the season, it is right that we respect that. I hope that he stays at the helm of this team."
