Brazilian striker Ricardinho will definitely make his first A-League start for the Melbourne Victory on Sunday.
The 26-year old came off the bench for his first run in the 2-0 loss to Central Coast Mariners on Friday night but after impressing in training, will be given a full start when the Victory meet Brisbane Roar at AAMI Park on the weekend.
"I have to say Ricardinho is looking exceptionally good," assistant coach Aaron Healey said.
"His pace, he adds something a little bit different for us and he'll definitely come into the starting 11.
"He has shown it in training, but showing it in training then transferring it to the pitch is the major issue for us."
