Tel left Rennes for Bayern last summer for €30m.

But Real Madrid made an attempt to sign the 17 year-old at the same time.

Tz says Real made an approach to Tel last summer, but he politely declined the offer as he had committed to Bayern.

In seven Bundesliga games this season, Tel scored three goals.
