Rennes are set to close a loan deal for Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori.
Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia is on the verge of agreeing a deal that would see Fikayo Tomori sign for Rennes for the rest of the season.
The Englishman was on the verge of leaving in the last transfer window but rejected a move as he looked to prove he was good enough for the Blues first-team.
That has failed to materialise but the club have not given up on him and are keen on Tomori gaining for first-team experience.
TalkSPORT reports Rennes are set to take on the centre-back until the end of the season.
