Reims have informed Arsenal of their asking price for Axel Disasi.

RMC says Arsenal have been quoted a €15m (£13m) asking price by Reims for centre-back Disasi.

It emerged earlier this week that the Gunners are in talks with Disasi's representatives over a move to north London and a separate report from French outlet RMC Sport has claimed that Arsenal had a bid rejected for the 22-year-old in January.

Reims are said to be holding out for €15m (£13m) but they are looking to boost that fee with add-ons and a percentage of whatever Arsenal sell him on for.

Head coach Mikel Arteta is looking to strengthen his defensive options in the summer and does have the option to make Pablo Mari's loan move permanent.
