Real Sociedad striker Willian Jose is back on Barcelona's radar.

Jose was considered in January at Barca as they sought cover for injured striker Luis Suarez before they eventually turned to Martin Braithwaite.

Noticias de Gipuzkoa says Barca are set to try again as they struggle in talks for top targets Lautaro Martinez (Inter Milan) and Memphis Depay (Lyon).

Barca sporting director Ramon Planes is driving the deal, having worked with Jose at La Real.

The striker's contract carries a €70m buyout clause, though La Real would be willing to sell for €30m.
