Real Madrid have reportedly identified Leicester City midfielder N'Golo Kante as a potential transfer target this summer.
Spanish website Fichajes.net is reporting Madrid's scouts have been impressed with Kante's performances for the high-flying Foxes this campaign and have recommended the club's hierarchy make a move for him during the off-season.
It is understood Los Blancos believe the 24-year-old Frenchman possesses many similar traits to Madrid legend Claude Makelele.
Kante has been labelled on of the buys of the season for his role in helping Leicester City to the top of the Premier League table after signing from Ligue 1 club Caen for £5.6 million last summer.
