Real Madrid vice-president Miguel Pardeza says coach Manuel Pellegrini's job is safe.
Pellegrini oversaw Real's 1-1 draw at Champions League opponents AC Milan last night.
Also in Italy was Pardeza, who insisted the vote of confidence handed down to Pellegrini by president Florentino Perez should be taken seriously.
"We must look for maximum stability and give continuity to this project," he said. "When a president publicly expresses his support, the gesture deserves all credibility."
