Real Madrid veteran Marcelo has no doubts about the attitude of teammates Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo Goes.
The Brazilian left-back also explained that his compatriots are well aware that they will have to prove their qualities week in week out.
"The pressure here at Real Madrid is much greater than in Brazil," he told the YouTube channel Que Partidazo.
"I don't have many tips to give [Rodrygo and Vinicius], because they are mature and they are one step ahead due to being at Real Madrid.
"They know that in each game they have to prove things, because if they don't then it'll be demanded from them.
"You can have three wonderful matches and if you have a bad one they will criticise you and they will demand more from you."
The Brazilian went on to praise both Vinicius and Rodrygo and he made clear that he intends to help both on the pitch.
"I also arrived at Real Madrid at the age of 18 and I thought I was mature because I was doing things alone, but no," he added.
"I see [Rodrygo] as a baby, as he is very young and has practically not lived anything in his career.
"I am happy for him because he is at the best team in the world at this young age and I'm happy he has had the wonderful games he has had.
"Vinicius has a good mind, despite being only 19 years of age."
