Real Madrid president Florentino favours Eriksen over Pogba signing

Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen is emerging as a top summer target for Real Madrid.

Marca says Eriksen is emerging as a preferred target for Real Madrid over Manchester United's Paul Pogba.

And Eriksen's form could mean Pogba missing out on his 'dream' move to the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is a known admirer of Pogba, but the La Liga giants have also been heavily linked with Eriksen and Chelsea's Eden Hazard as they look to boost their creativity following a disastrous season by the club's high standards.

And following an unremarkable performance from Pogba in Manchester United's 1-0 defeat to Barcelona, the 26-year-old French ace could be the one who gets left behind.

Madrid president Florentino Pérez is not as big fan of Pogba as Zidane is, and is believed to prefer a move for Eriksen.
