Real Madrid are making a final take-it-or-leave-it offer to Raphael Varane.
With his contract about to enter it's final 12 months, Real Madrid will not allow the France defender to run down his deal.
If terms cannot be agreed, Varane will be sold this summer, says Okdiario, with Manchester United and PSG already in contact with his camp.
Real's new proposal is for a further two years to 2024 and an improvement of terms.
Varane has complained he deserves more than he is currently paid given his status inside the Madrid locker room.
But if the offer still falls short and Varane turns it down, Real Madrid will sell this summer.
