Real Madrid legend Amancio Amaro insists there's no reason for panic over their slow start to the season.

Amancio, who played 471 official games and scored 155 goals for Real Madrid, also coached the Spanish giants.

He told Marca: "Real Madrid is going through a difficult moment now, but I do not think it's worrisome, the team is noticing the low form of some players, but it's true that something similar is happening to Barça. They will fight back.

"We have to be patient with (Julen) Lopetegui, the last results have not been positive, but he is a coach with great criteria, I am convinced he will recover the situation."
